Hamilton Clarke, LLP, along with Joshua Moskovitz, Esq., and Michael Spiegel, Esq., has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against the NYPD in an effort to address and end unconstitutional arrests and treatment of people of color as occurred with those protesting George Floyd’s death in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the South Bronx this past summer. Along with the Law Offices of Joshua Moskovitz and Mike Spiegel, Hamilton Clarke, LLP is honored to represent these brave men and women who were – and still are – demanding full and equal protection under the law, as set forth in the Fourteenth Amendment.
