Brooks is a professionally trained and certified Executive Coach, Interpersonal Communications Expert, and DEI Strategic Advisor whose holistic approach focuses on work with every level of a company from the CEO to the mail room.

Brooks has worked with fashion brands, skin care companies, financial institutions, and some of the largest tech companies in the world where he has assisted companies in revising and implementing their DEI strategies.

Prior to his role as an Executive Coach, Brooks worked as the VP of Safety Operations for a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity company. Brooks also served as the Manager of Operations for the protection team for the CEO and COO of Facebook and is also trained as a suicide crisis hotline volunteer.
