Calla R. Ketchens, Esq. is a legal professional whose diverse expertise spans the realms of general corporate law, banking and finance, and litigation. With a keen focus on these core areas, Calla brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her practice.

Her academic journey commenced at Vanderbilt University, where she earned her BA in 2011. Her dual concentration in Communication Studies and French laid the foundation for her dynamic career. Following her time at Vanderbilt, Calla embarked on a unique path, teaching English in France before pursuing her legal education.

In 2017, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. Her legal education equipped her with a strong foundation in the intricacies of law. However, her thirst for specialized knowledge led her to further her studies. She pursued her LLM in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law at Fordham University School of Law, ultimately graduating in 2020.

Calla's professional journey has seen her engage with top-tier entities, most notably Deloitte's litigation team. Her role involved providing crucial support in preparing clients for a range of legal matters, spanning patent litigation, contract disputes, securities litigation, regulatory compliance and requests, and anti-trust litigation. Notably, Calla's leadership has extended to directing teams in the meticulous execution of data protection reviews. In this capacity, she navigated the complexities of U.S. privacy law, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Swiss Compliance to meet court-ordered production requisites.

Calla's linguistic proficiency adds a distinctive layer to her capabilities. Fluent in French and proficient in Arabic and Spanish, she seamlessly bridges language barriers to better serve her clients and engage with diverse audiences.
