Calla’s practice areas focus primarily on general corporate law, banking & finance, and litigation.
Calla obtained her BA from Vanderbilt University in 2011 with a dual concentration in Communication Studies and French. Following her time at Vanderbilt, she taught English in France before graduating from Michigan State University College of Law in 2017 with a Juris Doctor. After law school, Calla pursued her LLM in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law at Fordham University School of Law, graduating in 2020.
Prior to joining the firm, Calla worked with Deloitte’s litigation team where she assisted in preparing clients for matters ranging from patent litigation, contract dispute, securities litigation, regulatory compliance and requests, and anti-trust litigation. She has also lead teams in conducting data protection reviews where U.S. privacy law, EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Swiss Compliance were central to the court ordered production requirements.
Calla is fluent in French and proficient in Arabic and Spanish.
