Adam Strychaluk, Esq., is an associate attorney at Hamilton Clarke who’s practice areas focus on Complex Civil Litigation, White Collar and Regulatory Defense, Civil Rights and Employment Discrimination.
Adam has represented individual clients and civic organizations in a range of complex cases before federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate level. He has also achieved important results and significant settlements for clients who have been the victims of sexual abuse and religious discrimination.
Before joining Hamilton Clarke, Adam served as a law clerk for the Honorable District Judge Wilma A. Lewis of the District Court of the Virgin Islands and practiced at a boutique firm focused on civil rights litigation. He also interned at five public defender’s offices during law school, including the Federal Defenders of New York, Brooklyn Defender Services, and New York County Defender Services.
